IBPS PO/Clerk/RRB Photo & Signature Upload Guide

1. Photograph Specifications
- Dimensions: 200 x 230 pixels (preferred)
- File Size: 20 KB – 50 KB
- Format: JPG / JPEG only
- Background: Light-colored or white background
- Rules: Face must occupy at least 50% of the area. No dark glasses.

2. Signature Specifications
- Dimensions: 140 x 60 pixels (preferred)
- File Size: 10 KB – 20 KB
- Format: JPG / JPEG only

4. Handwritten Declaration Specifications
- Dimensions: 800 x 400 pixels (preferred)

Common IBPS Portal Errors
If the portal says "Photograph should be between 20 KB - 50 KB", it means your file is either too large OR too small. Make sure the file you are uploading is around 35KB for the safest bet.
